A Miracle putt capped an improbable final-hole Eagle to seal victory
for the Barclay’s Classic Champion. The nine-time European
Tour winner claimed his 2 nd PGA Tour victory of the year by closing
out a strong set of rounds with a 1-under 70 on Sunday. The Champion,
trusting the legendary ProLite in his driver and 5-wood, was able
to capitalize on several key opportunities and finish just ahead
of last year’s winner. This victory, ProLite’s second
win on the PGA tour this season, adds to the legacy as the winningest
ultralight wood shaft in the history of golf.
Overall, Grafalloy shafts continue to be among the most popular
on all major tours, including victories on the Champion’s, Nationwide, and Women’s
tours this year. On the European Tour in particular, Grafalloy Blue and ProLaunch
continue to dominate the competition, finishing #1 and #2 week in and week
out. ProLaunch has been enjoying tremendous success stateside as well, consistently
the #1 wood shaft on the Champion’s Tour every week. Additional information
