True Temper Shafts Take Travelers and Mexico Open

 MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Shafts designed by True Temper Sports — the No. 1 shaft manufacturer in golf — took top honors on the PGA and Nationwide Tours this weekend, with Dynamic Gold, Grafalloy and Project X sharing the spotlight.

At the Travelers Championship, the first-time PGA TOUR champion won in a sudden-death playoff with Dynamic Gold shafts in his irons, a Grafalloy “pink prototype” shaft in his driver and the new Project X graphite in his 3-wood. Shafts by True Temper had a strong showing among the rest of the Top 10 finishers and throughout the event’s entire field with 137 sets of the company’s iron shafts in play.
